If Daniella is monitoring this forum, why hasn't there ever been a reply to Desire closing the palapa?

As I was saying, I'm sure she doesn't monitor all the posts.She is a busy person and of the dozens or hundreds of posts each week very few are something she needs to act on. But if you post something about the palapa as a reply to her thread- she will get a notification e-mail saying that there has been a post and I would assume she will read it and answer.
Of course writing directly to her is great too- but her response would not be available here in the forum for everyone to see.

There was a whole thread devoted to the closing of the palapa. Original resorts just closed Cabo, cash isn't coming in from Pearl as they thought, they are in trouble.

Well there goes that idea ! Lol.
We had not heard that. If anyone knows her replacement's name please post it here. The e-mail address always remains
the same regardless of who has the guest services position.
We have e-mailed the resort for information on the replacement.

Daniella was a good one- we will miss her !

We were there from 7/7/13 to 7/14/13. The lobby seating started the week with half of the cushions gone and towels covering the structure in place of them. Later in the week the missing half had returned with new coverings and the other half had disappeared.

So it looks like they are doing what you said, and maintaining and replacing as needed. The new covers looked great and were nice to sit on.

Does anyone know if this is the same Adriana who has been working at Desire for a couple years as part of the service staff ?
Or if this is someone brand new ?
