Rain in forecast

Looks like we will be getting some rain over the weekend. Does the hottub open early on rainy days? May have to pack the twister in suitcase. Obviously its nice to always get away and especially on a long weekend. Curious what it like when weather doesnt cooperate. Then again its like florida in that an hour after rains the sun is out.

Having rain is not all bad... While we were there, we had some rain, which meant less people walking by the beach... which meant more opportunities to in the beach beds

And the hot tub was packed!!!

In a light afternoon rain, everyone flocks to the hottub.
We've not been there during a deluge or when there is lightening, so I don't know if they shut the hottub down or what.
But after 12 trips, we've never been there where it rained for more than an hour. The biggest problem is that it seems to get the sheets on the rooftop jacuzzi beds wet, and the staff pulls up all the sheets and don't replace them later around midnight when they are needed most.

Weather never seems to be a problem at Desire.
