First timer questions

We're headed to RM for the first time next week and I've got some conflicting information about a few different things and was hoping you pros would be able to clear it up for me.

1. It looks like the only place sex is allowed is around the Jacuzzi area and in the playroom. I've read in a few different places that people can play and have sex on the beds over at the old pool. Is this accurate? If my wife and I are at the Eden pool and she gives me a blow job or I go down on her, are people going to complain or give us nasty looks?

2. Dinner attire. My wife has bought a couple of dresses that are VERY see through. As I understand it, it's allowed, but will she be out of place? Or are there going to be plenty of other ladies showing off the goods?

3. Theme night. Are the ladies dressing up for this and going to the disco in straight up lingerie? Or is it more of a sexy costume kind of thing. Again, my wife is down to do either, but she doesn't want to walk into the disco and be the only one in lingerie. Is it a pretty good mix of both maybe? One of the nights is animal print theme. She has a cute little bunny outfit with ears, but it's technically not "animal print". I think it would be fine, but again, she just doesn't want to feel out of place.

4. Are there certain "hours of operation" for the hot tub area and bar? Or can you come and go from there and play there whenever you want.

Thanks in advance, we are not LS and have never been to a resort like this, but so excited, and a little nervous, to spice things up a bit.

Just returned from DRM. For dinner- sexy dresses and shoes, not really see through, theme nights- party, anything goes. Lingerie-sheer, is great you do you- just have fun. Love the bunny idea, People change into costume after dinner "outfit", anything goes for the rest of the night. Some just wear pasties for the night, and thongs. Neon night-some are totally nude with neon handprints on their bodies. You will see every possible idea. Some people don't do theme night costumes, and that is great also. Just have fun with it. The outside bar is where the shows/entertainment is with music 9:00 on, the entertainment program starts anywhere from 9:30 to 10:00. they have a theme show every night. The disco starts 10:30-11:00, after downstairs show is done. Have a great time- you will meet so many people from all walks of life.

A good approach is to get a feel for things the first day/ evening, then judge if you want to push boundaries a bit. But don't sweat over what is “allowed”. It’s an anything goes kind of place. It’s not a 24 hour a day orgy, but over a few days you will likely see just about everything everywhere and I have never seen a member of staff intervene or anyone complain. Around the pool, once saw a sixsome in full fling on one of the cabana beds. People around them or passing gave it no more than a glance as if was the most normal thing in the world. And in a way it is pretty normal at Desire.
The dining room may be the least likely place and they can be little strict about dress and behavior, but one evening all the girls sitting at the bar removed their tops and got the barman to take pics, and I once saw a group of people having oral sex at the table next to us and the waiters never even blinked!
No one will complain about ‘sheer’ in the dining room, but it is a fact that there is less of that than some years ago. So she could be the only one. It would still be acceptable - but may take a little courage.

Can only give feedback based on my single visit but here you go...
1. Most sexual activity I saw occurred in the play room, jacuzzi, daybeds by the jacuzzi. Also saw some activity in the party pool. Didn't spend much time at all at the quiet pool, and it seemed sparsely attended. We spent most of our time at the new (Eden) pool and saw plenty of sexual activity with no admonishment at any time by the staff.
2. As noted above, for dinner most ladies opt for sexy dresses. They can be sheer, low cut, etc. VERY seee through may be a bit more risque than most but I don't think it will be a problem. I loved seeing my partner in sheer dress during meals...
3. Theme Night and follow-on disco is what you make of it. I loved getting dressed up with my partner and her outfits ranged from sexy and cute mesh mini-dresses to bra/panties/thigh highs. You will see a wide range of costumes and this is your opportunity to be as sexy as you want.
4. The hot tub is usually active after about 4PM but I did see a few folks lounging up there during the day (though usually in the day beds and not in the hot tub). I think the hot tub bar is only open in late afternoon through the night.
