Is the lunch buffet/pool grill the same as DRM, right off the pool and you don't need to get dressed to have a bite? When we were at Desire RM we would just take our towels, put them on our chairs and grab a plate for a quick snack. I was surprised that people were doing this but we just followed along. I'm not sure if you need to be dressed at Pearl?

The Aphrodite restaurant, where you can have lunch at Pearl, is different from the one at DRM. It is a bit further from the pool, and it's slightly more up scale.
Dress code is casual. You certainly should be dressed: bikini with cover up for the ladies, and shorts with shirt for the men will be okay.

You can also grab a plate and get food to take back to your pool chair if you wish...

That sounds great! If we get a ground floor room close to the pool I was even thinking of ordering room service and just taking it out to our chairs a couple of days....then we don't have to get dressed at all!!

How is the room service menu? Would that be a good idea?

We go to Pearl in July and it is HOT. You will see most men and a number of ladies topless at both breakfast and lunch with just the illusion of clothes on the bottom. And quite honestly I doubt if anyone would care if you dined in the buff. Just remember to sit on a towel.
