Occupancy at the Pearl

We are planning our first trip to the Pearl (our first clothing optional experience) and it seems like there are weeks in which the Pearl is not very full. I have two basic questions: 1. Do you find it more fun when there are more couples at the Pearl? 2. How can you find out about larger groups attending or when to expect higher occupancy rates? We are currently planning to go March 20th unless we find a better time.

Personally yes, but it depends what the two of you are looking for .......

2. How can you find out about larger groups attending or when to expect higher occupancy rates?

Some suggestions, you can check the forums Master Group Calendar to see when groups are scheduled into any of the Desire properties and also check the monthly roll calls for Pearl to see when there are the highest number of posting going in any month.

We were there for a week in September. Arrived on a Saturday and the place was reasonably full - lot's of fun!
By Monday the place was empty (6-ish couples?) - but still a lot of fun, since we all got along and had some awesome playtime.
By Thursday it was again packed - more people to talk to / hang out with… but was it better?

In the end, Pearl & your vacation is what you make of it.

As I have written previously, we have opted this time to arrive on June 6th when we know there is no large group scheduled. Two or three days later, the Soccer Team group will arrive and I am sure that the place will take on a whole different personality. We will really enjoy the variety and we are quite excited for our week at Pearl.
