We're heading back to Pearl this summer, finally after 3 long years away!
My question is about current tipping best practices at the resort. Has anything changed as far as the preferred currency? Coming from Canada, would we be better off exchanging for and bringing Pesos or USD?

I don't think anything really has changed.The staff don't seem to mind what currency you use. Tip well but not to the point where you appear as if you are showing off.

We are also from Canada and we bring USD. Canadian money is not desired down there (hee hee. Desired.... See what I did? I'll be here all week. Tip your waitstaff. Try the fish)
