Hi,
I noticed on the calendar there aren't any groups listed in late Sept through November - does anyone know of larger groups planning a Desire trip during that time?

It is a little early yet for the 2011 fall groups, and to be honest with the holiday season we haven't done any research lately to update our events calender. We apologize for that and promise to do it soon. But in the mean time we can give you some info:
RCT's simply living silver group: 10-14/19
SDC's Halloween group: 10-17/ 11-1
DPT's Pleasure Fest: 11-12/19
The large Fluffernutters group says they will be back (usually November) but they haven't listed dates yet, and we haven't seen any info for the Week43 group's dates for 2011 but we'd expect them to be there- during the 43rd week of the year of course.

Correction- the Fluffernutters are listing dates of
11-11/16, 2011

Although we have not as yet posted on here for 2011, our 'Week43' Group will once again be at the resort October 15-22nd. This will be the 5th year for our group at Desire.

We have just set up the dates, again Oct 15th, with our preferred booking agent for the group. You DO NOT have to book with our preferred travel agent to be part of the group and take part if all the events. However, if you do book with the group, you will be part of the give away draws along with some other perks. There is no extra cost what so ever to book with the group, as always the resort sets the rates for all. Garden View Rooms at the moment are $344/night or $2408/week
