I'm sure someone else will know . . . but I think it's reasonably recent. We booked our trip for this October back in January and while doing my "research" on the resort this video wasn't up yet on youtube.

This is a very old video (circa 2006) and was more slanted to the Lifestyle side of things rather than specifically Desire. It was made just as Desire Cabo was to open and featured the owner of Lifestyles Tour and Travel and his views

Times quickly change, Desire Cabo is now a tamed down version of Temptations Cancun, Lifestyles Tour and Travel is bankrupt and no longer officially associated with Desire or Original Resorts

Apparently a "very good percentage" commission from a multi-million dollar industry just wasn't quite enough . .

I did manage a little chuckle out of it though. About the viagra being next to the sunscreen in the gift shop.

Is that true at desire cancun as well?

Yes, Viagra, Cialis, Levitra are all available at the Desire Cancun gift shop - but are very expensive compared to purchasing the same items at a local pharmacy (btw - no prescriptions are required in Mexico for these items)

so if you had some in your carry on baggage without a prescription and were searched in the airport it wouldnt be illegal?

I had a quick google on the price of viagra in the UK, it ranges from £6-£15 per tablet (100mg). How does that compare with the US and Mexico?
