Newbies here, few questions (where to buy clothes etc)

Hi fellas,
I really appreciate all the info here. I read a lot of threads and trip reports to muster courage to go. We are going to RM this june. Few questions we have:
- Clothes : Wife and i are looking for some sexy lingerie and very revealing mini skirts etc, any websites where we can order these. any ideas welcome.
- Theme Nights : How advanced do the theme nights are posted? It would be nice to know atleast a month before so we can order some costumes etc. Not sure if my wife will participate as its first time, but will try.
- Group takeovers : Read here and other reviews on Trip Advisor that some weeks there are group takeovers and it can be unpleasant for single couples with groups at the pool partying. Can we check with the resort about this? Not that we will cancel or reschedule, but i am really looking fwd to respectful couples and normal fun as i read in the reviews and whatever i can know in advance to ensure our first time is erotic and pleasant.

thanks all in adv
- C

Here is a partial list of places that have been mentioned on the forums recently - if you do a search you may find others as well
    3wishes.com
    buycostumes.com
    wickedtemptations.com
    fredericks.com
    yandy.com
    trashy.com
    glamorose.com
    spurst.com

The resort organized theme nights that are now posted(as of Feb) will be the same for the rest of this year

Most groups at any of the Desire properties are, as a rule, quite open and inclusive to others at the resort during their group trip. - frankly most negative TripAdviser reports are highly exaggerated

Thanks for the list. Time to start shopping for our May trip; our first
Any suggestions for places to shop for appropriate guys' clothes (not theme costumes). So I can
get a better idea of what most guys wear in the evening?

Spicylingerie.com is a good site for costumes, lingerie and "club dresses". They have free shipping and prices are pretty good. Wickedweasel.com has some very tiny, very cute bikinis. They are in Australia so it takes some time to get them. Can't wait to wear mine in May! I also got a bikini from berrydog.com last year. Very tiny, very sheer and reasonable priced. They are in California.
I like starting the day out in a bikini and going from there. Just because I wouldn't get to wear one like those any other time.

Hope that helps!

I have ordered from a few sites. Wickedtemptations.com is good and recently I ordered from Spicylingerie.com.

I live in Canada so I always check to see who the shipper is. If it is UPS, I bypass because they are ridiculously expensive. Spicylingerie exceeded my expectations this trip. I placed an order with them late December for my vacation late January. I called them first part of January to see when the stuff would be shipped. They sent it by a quicker method to me to ensure delivery. Everything I received was great. I am definately ordering from them again. And their selection was plentiful!

We have window shopped every site Cokeman listed and copied the links of everything we thought had potential. Next we are going to pick a night and have a bottle of wine (or 2) and narrow the field, then order. Thought it would be nice to make the shopping a fun and enjoyable joint effort!

Have used wicked temptations for a while, good web site. On the boards recommendation, ordered from Spicy yesterday, good selection, great prices, no tax, free shipping! Thank you! Had to go back today and get the peekaboo crotchless bra and panty set for 16.95! I love my life!!
