Hello!!
Husband is a skin cancer survivor...what are the the best strategies to get a bed/lounger in the shade? Last year there was a pool concierge if you will I understand the system has changed?

Daniel is still the pool concierge and if you ask him for shade he will certainly find you some....with a smile

The system for lounge chairs seems to work, however you want to talk to Daniel early - before 7 in the morning. He reassigns chairs if people don't show up. Then again, I was sitting at pool very, very early one day, before the attendant started. Even though no one was around, I was still the 7th person to get a chair. How does that happen? Oh well... it all seemed to work out somehow.
