Remaining changes at RM

Does anyone have any updates on the remaining construction at RM now that the playroom and hut tub are done? For example- when the new gym (I think in old lobby) will be done? I also heard the old club will be converted into a Mansion (like Pearl's).

The new gym was open when we were there last month

The new gym is in the old lobby. Completely done now. I dont believe any additional changes are planned, but I hope they do something with the old pool area. 5% of the people use it....

Best thing is close it off permanently and get rid of those dangerous stairs.
