We are flying out tomorrow to Riviera Maya and paid for transportation when we made our reservations with Desire. We have yet to receive any conformation. I emailed Desire and they said I would be receiving a conformation.
Should we be worried? Anybody else had a similiar experience?

Turns out it went to my spam and I deleted it with the hundreds of other mail. Anyways good to go.
