Contacting Butlers

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to contact the butler team before you arrive? I'd like to arrange some surprises for our room before we arrive.

I would start with guest services, send them an email to guestservice@desireresorts.com, let them know what you are looking for and they should be able to help you from there.

They use WhatsApp while at the resort and I am sure they would respond to the same if you have an up coming trip and relationship with your butler already.
